Eugenio Carrillo — UX / Product Designer

Open to new roles

Designing digital experiences people can move through.

Product designer obsessed with design as an enabler. I came from architecture — I still draw the whole system before anyone pours concrete.

01 / Selected work

Four projects. Two of them live.

Two projects running in a real clinic, two self-directed concepts. Each taught me something about how clarity, structure and trust become product decisions.

01 / internal tool 2026
Sonovit report tool — audiogram entry screen
Generated hearing report, page one
(LAB) · Side project · shipped

An internal platform that turns hearing studies into ready-to-send reports.

I set the product strategy and built it end to end — clinicians enter the study once and the report comes out formatted.

Measured outcome Report time down from 45–60 min to 15–20 min per study · live at 2 clinics
Product strategy UI system Built end to end

02 / responsive 2026 Sonovit — hearing-care website: responsive home page on desktop and mobile
SONOVIT · Client project · live

A hearing-care website that treats the first visit as an evaluation, not a sale.

A real hearing-care business: helping patients and family caregivers understand the process and trust the clinic.

Measured outcome 32 evaluations booked in the first 60 days · 180+ taps on the booking CTA

02 / About

The short version.

Eugenio Carrillo 02 / portrait eugenio carrillo, 2026

I’m a designer with a background in architecture, now focused on UX/UI and Product Design.

Architecture taught me how people move, decide and act inside systems. I bring that into digital products: understand the context first, clarify what the product needs to achieve, then design something people can move through without friction.

03 / Approach

How I approach design.

Mess at the front, convergence in the middle, clarity at the end. Four ways of working, not a deliverable checklist.

PROBLEM FINDING PROBLEM FRAMING SOLUTION SHAPING SOLUTION PITCHING (after damien newman’s design squiggle, re-drawn for how I work.)
01 / finding

Problem finding.

The brief as a site visit: who uses this, when, why, and what surrounds it.

02 / framing

Problem framing.

Flows and IA as the floorplan: where attention goes, where people get stuck.

03 / shaping

Solution shaping.

Wireframes, hierarchy, UI systems. Components chosen like materials, for behavior under load.

04 / pitching

Solution pitching.

Testing, metrics, storytelling. Closing the loop with proof you can show.

Let’s build thoughtful digital experiences.
